Apportioned

We are able to complete your Apportioned Registration Renewal as well as help new customers complete your application for an Apportioned Account.

When applying for a New Apportioned Account a company must provide verification that the business is filed with the PA Dept of State.

We will need a completed MV-550 & MV-551, and Current Full Liability Insurance. A copy of your insurance information provided must include the name of the Insurance Company, policy number, effective and expiration dates, proof of DOT listing from the FMCSA Safer website along with copies of three of the following:

Utility Bills HVUT 2290, Schedule 1 (stamped Paid) Federal, State or County Tax Filing Mortgage Documents or Business Property Lease Agreement PA Certificate of Title for a Vehicle or Current Registration Card.

An applicant applying for registration in an individuals name must provide a front and back copy of their PA Drivers License along with copies of two of the following:

Utility Bill HVUT 2290, Schedule 1 (stamped paid) Federal, State or County Tax Filing Mortgage Documents, Residential Lease Agreement PA Certificate of Title for a vehicle or current registration card Current County Issued Weapons Permit
